Refunds & Policies: All items sent to you, from The Glitz Candle Website, are securely packaged to insure the safest shipping possible. If you receive a package with visible signs of damage, do not accept the package. Email us immediately. Damages due to shipping are the responsiblity of the carrier. If you do not accept the package, we can verify the package has not been accepted and promtly send you a replacement or refund. If you open the package and discover there is damage, again you will need to email us immediately. We will then give you instructions on the procedure to return the package. Please note that our one-of-a-kind items can not be replaced. We insure our packages when they are sent. That is why, it is imperative that you do not accept a package that appears to be damaged in any way. If for any reason you purchase an item that you are not pleased with, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. No refunds are applied after the 10 days. No refunds will be issued if more than 25% of a candle has been used. No refunds will be issued if the item in question is broken or damaged.
